Job Opening : Customer Service Agent

Job Description :

  • Assist Business class passengers throughout from the counters to the drop-off/pick-up point where the chauffeur will be present
  • Being well informed about any information that might be useful to the customer during the journey. (weather conditions, traffic in the neighbourhood, news etc.)
  • Manage passenger baggage handling as required
  • Report any problems/concerns with vehicle availability to the team leader.
  • Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.

Skill Set Required :

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Extremely well-groomed attire Communication,
  • Reporting, Excel skills
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, Arabic and Hindi. Additional languages German, Chinese, French speaking would be an advantage

Salary Details : 

  • Basic Salary - AED 1450
  • Allowances - AED 1000
  • Other Benefits - Insurance + Transport
Work Location : Dubai

Minimum Criteria required : 

  • Education : 12 or above with Good English proficiency 
  • Nationality Preferred  : India, Pakistan, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Nepal, Tunisia
  • Required Documents : CV, Passport copy & Attested educational certificate
