Job Description :
- Fluent in written and spoken English, must be also fluent in either Hindi or Arabic
- To co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, motivation.
- Ensure all customer service levels are achieved
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement in and out of airport.
- Manage and coordinate fleet availability at arrivals to meet required demand
- Deal with all cases of absence and late returns as per Company policy;
- Report all damaged materials and equipment (including vehicle) to the Superintendent;
- Ensure staff are correctly dressed and groomed to Transguard standard.
- Leading the team and supporting the client on-site as required
Skill Set Required :
- Good Communication
- Reporting
- Good Excel skills
- Use of software like TCC systems
- Managing traffic movement
Salary Details :
- Basic Salary - AED 2110
- Allowances - AED 1440
- Other Benefits - Insurance
Work Location : Dubai
Minimum Criteria required :
- Education : 12 or above with Good English proficiency
- Nationality Preferred : India, Pakistan, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Nepal, Algeria, Jordan
- Required Documents : CV, Passport copy
